CfT Connection, January 1, 2025
On behalf of Coaching for Transformation, we want to wish you and your entire school community a Happy New Year!
As we move on from 2024 and focus on 2025, let us reflect on Isaiah 43:19: “See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? In the wilderness I make a way, in the desert streams.”
Each new year comes with the opportunity for new beginnings, growth, and transformation to be seen through our student-athletes, coaches and ourselves.
Take some time this week to write down how you can be intentional on finishing the school year strong. A few questions to consider this week:
How are you going to intentionally take your Gameplan and put your Essential Practices out in front of your student-athletes on a daily basis?
How are you going to prioritize your work-life balance first and foremost for your family and then for your athletic community to be the leader you were called to be?
How are you going to grow in your relationship with Christ in 2025?
